He shows us how to heal our emotional wounds, recover the freedom and joy that are our birthright, and restore the spirit of playfulness that is vital to loving relationships.

I’ve read this book before but I didn’t take it as serious as I should have. But now after my second time reading it at a different time of my life ... it changed my life for the better. 🙏🏽💓.

Great book. This is the third book I’ve read of his and his message and energy is consistent. I’d also recommend The 4 Agreements.

  • Some good insight but wouldn't recommend

This book had some good takeaways that brought perspective but the book reads extremely repetitive and to a very young literacy level. It also became very religious at the end which I did not expect.

Honestly, this is really one of my favorite books. I read it for the first time a couple years ago and just finished reading it again this week. It talks a lot about little things you may have heard growing up but it truly puts a lot into perspective and reminds you to think in a different way, because really, the way you think will change how you live your life. I really think it has helped me become a happier person.
