I have been thoroughly reading through this book for a couple months now making sure to take it all in since I will be adopting in a little over a month. This book has given me so much great advice and I am very happy to know I will be an amazing first time ferret owner! 💕

I have worked with and babysat a few ferrets in my time. I have done well in taking care of them and had a lot of fun! Having never owned my own ferret, and knowing different techniques the parents taught their fur babies, this book help to establish a base for what to and to not do. It has very good ideas in how to care for your fur babies, even though I do not follow all of them. Each ferret is different with different personalities and learn differently. All in all, I would recommend this book to first time ferret owners, but I wouldn't say you have to strictly stick to anything in it. Find what is comfortable for you.
